Based on currently available values, the substance is to be classified as environmentally hazardous. However, if there are traceable values that fall within the limit for classification as additionally toxic (Class 6.1), the substance must be assigned to an appropriate UN No. for copper based pesticides (UN No. 2776). In the case of classification as additionally toxic and flammable (Class 6.1 + 3), depending on the type of solvent, UN No. 3009 or 3010 should be selected. For toxic preparations that do not have flammable properties, assignment to UN 3287 would be recommended.

Of course, this classification can be chosen only if the substance cannot be assigned to any entry of Classes 1-8 or any other entry of Class 9.
